11. Event Terms & Conditions

User agrees to be photographed and/or videotaped during the CODIS, EDNAP and ENFSI Working Group meetings LISBON and give permission for these photos and/or videos to be used only in connection with the event.

Attendent is aware of the risks of participating in the 2022 ISFG Conference, including those associated with the COVID 19 pandemic, and accept full responsibility for my own well-being. I acknowledge that the Local Organizing Committee, venue, government or other appropriate authorities may impose safety requirements and regulations, and I agree to act in accordance with them. Failure to comply may result in my exclusion from the event and forfeiture of all fees paid.

User agrees that no refunds are possible after September 1 unless the entire event is cancelled, and if needed, should send cancellation to enfsi-lisbon-dna@pj.pt  .
